Flood at Oak Tree Retirement Village in Cardiff NSW
A few weeks ago, the Hunter Central Coast team responded to an event involving a water main burst that caused flooding to nine units at Oak Tree Retirement Village in Cardiff.
The first responder was Restorations Supervisor Patrick Ashton, who led the restorations clean-up and initial drying works.
Following this initial work, we were approved to complete the reinstatement works. Along with Trade Supervisor Dallas King, Patrick engaged trades quickly to keep the job moving.
The repairs totalled around $250,000.
Seven weeks after the event, all nine unit owners moved back into their homes.
Partway through the works we have received the thank you below:
Just a quick email to thank Dallas and yourself for the ongoing professional work you are doing within our village, also thank you for patience with my ongoing questions and phone calls, it a pleasure working with you both.
5 weeks on and we have 4 Villas now occupied this is an outstanding result, and the quality of the work is exceptional.
